Data Upload is accessed by clicking “Data Tools” and “Data Upload” in the ISAT Management Tools. This tool can only be accessed with district-level access. Data Upload is used to upload a Student Enrollment File (SEF). The SEF File Layout and SEF Sample Template will assist you in this process and links to these documents are located in the green box at the top of the “Data Upload” screen. Student Enrollment Files are processed twice daily. Districts are responsible for updating all student demographic information for the spring administration. The student demographic information must be updated prior to printing tickets. These updates can be made by working directly in Student Editor or by uploading a new Student Enrollment File (SEF).
