The Monitor Status tool can be found in the Management Tools by clicking “Testing Main Page”, the proper test administration, and “Monitor Status”. A feature of the Monitor Status screen is the ability to see the time a student takes to complete a test part. Each student has a computer screen icon for each test part that indicates the status of each test part. You can use these features to help manage your ISAT administration.
The Student Status Spreadsheet, also found in this location, is an Excel document that provides test start date and time, duration, and the status of each student’s test.
The Audit Spreadsheet can be found in the Management Tools by clicking “Testing Main Page”, the proper test administration, and “Audit Spreadsheet”. This tool is also available to help manage testing sessions at your school by identifying students who have not tested.
