ISAT Practice Tests are available for each grade and subject. The ISAT Practice Tests are provided to help your students prepare for the ISAT by experiencing and practicing the test application and its tools.

ISAT Practice Tests are not scored so your student can focus on using and trying out the test application and its tools.

Be sure that your students have first reviewed the ISAT Student Tutorials before taking the ISAT Practice Tests. Allow students to work with the ISAT Practice Tests as often as necessary to gain understanding, awareness, and confidence.

To take a Practice Test, the CAL software must first be installed on the computer. Contact your Technology Coordinator to assist you with downloading the software to your computers.

Once the software is installed, double-click on the ISAT icon to open the ISAT application.

To begin the Practice Test, click on "Practice Using the ISAT Software." You must select the practice test by grade and subject. Click "Continue" to begin your Practice Test. Students should answer all the questions using the tools provided. Be sure that the students try all the tools and are familiar with the review page.

We strongly advise and encourage your students to complete the Practice Tests for their grade and subject. Students are allowed to take the Practice Tests as many times as desired. It is important that students practice on all of the relevant Practice Tests as the online features of these tests are very different.

The ISAT Practice Tests are available for both Mac and PC and can be reviewed by educators, parents, board members, etc.
