ISAT Management Tools are available at isat.caltesting.org Some of the tools included are:
  • ISAT School Capacity Calculator - assists in scheduling for ISAT testing
  • Student Editor - allows you to add students or update student enrollment information manually
  • Data Upload - allows you to upload student information into the Student Editor via a Student Enrollment File (SEF)
  • Print Tickets - allows you to generate and print test session tickets students will use to log in to the test
  • Monitor Status - allows you to view the status of student testing
  • Veiw Results - provides immediate, preliminary score results

To learn more about any of the Management Tools click on a section from the menu on the right hand side of the screen. To access the Management tools, you will need to log in using your district or school username and password.

This tutorial only provides an overview of the tools available in the Management Tools. It is important that you download and print a copy of the ISAT Test Administration Manual (TAM) which covers each of these tools and test administration procedures in greater detail. The TAM can be downloaded from the Documentation Library on the home page of the Management Tools.
