Troubleshoot CAL and LCS

  • This section helps you troubleshoot whether the CAL and LCS applications are properly configured to administer ISAT tests.
  • Check whether CAL is able to connect to LCS. Open the CAL Preferences utility and run the troubleshoot. If CAL is configured properly to use LCS, the results will show that CAL is able to connect to LCS.
  • Check whether CAL is able to take a practice test using LCS. Open the LCS monitoring tool to view the number of practice tests taken per subject. Once you take a practice test, the information displayed will update. The LCS monitoring tool currently updates every two minutes, so wait for two minutes for the practice tests to be updated.
